The key deliverables and objectives for this business case are: The creation an implementation, alongside the NHS \(NHS eClass review group\) a strategy to: Identify usage level of NHS eClass within the NHS \(identify non users\) Increase the adoption and use of NHS eClass in the wider NHS and where appropriate in the supplier community Provide \(through the support function\) guidance and support for NHS Trusts using or seeking to adopt NHS eClass Develop and maintain a contact database of eClass users: identifying organisations and contacts, agree and support a communications strategy to: Ensure existing users are aware of ongoing NHS eClass developments Support wider communication around NHS eClass to encourage wider usage
