Replacement of existing built-up plasterboard/asbestos-cement roof covering, trims, downpipes, gutters and rooflights with new composite insulated panels, rooflights, eaves gutters, downpipes and associated flashings\. South roof slope kept free of rooflights for PV installation by others\. Including safe disposal of all asbestos containing materials from site\.
