ISOP is an initiative to improve Digital IT service performance using better real time information, more automation, and intelligence led decision making. Changing the way we drive IT service performance across Digital using tools and techniques that are now available; and learning from others on this journey can deliver benefits in IT asset costs, Digital productivity and headcount; overall DWP service performance (almost all DWP services benefit from improved IT service)
