Development of South Wales and South West Congenital Heart Disease Network Website

A new website is required to be the central information resource and access point for the South West and South Wales Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) Network. The network was newly formed in April 2016 in order to deliver NHS England's new Congenital Heart Disease Standards. It brings together all of the hospitals, clinicians, commissioners and patients involved with congenital heart disease services in the region in order to deliver the highest quality care and experience for patients. This website will be the central point of access for patients and their families within the South Wales and South West Network, at any stage of their treatment pathway; for clinicians directly involved in congenital heart disease services; and for people such as GPs or school teachers seeking to understand more about congenital heart disease service in the region.
