Description

The organisation seeks a consultant to act as a senior technical and programme lead, responsible for both technical assurance and programme management across all initiatives. This includes managing suppliers, tracking delivery progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication. The WMCA is delivering a range of interrelated technical initiatives to modernise its fares and ticketing systems. These include phased system refreshes, the re-procurement of core back-office systems, and upgrades to critical interfaces and APIs. This is phase 3 of this project.
