As part of the Seaham Townscape Heritage Project the following workshops are be delivered once per year for the three-year duration of the Townscape Heritage project\.: • An Introduction to Joinery \(Sash Window Repairs, Splicing and Guttering\) - 2-day course • An Introduction to Brickwork \(Preparation and Repointing\) - 2-day course • An Introduction to Masonry \(Repair and Repointing\) - 2-day course • An Introduction to Lime Plaster and Render - 2-day course • An Introduction to Painting - 1-day course
