## Description

Unitas is looking to appoint a single contractor to carry out asbestos surveys and air monitoring for the responsive repairs and void properties section of the business\. The contract period will be from April 2023 for a period of 12 months\. This opportunity will be awarded based on MEAT evaluation and the split is price 70% and technical 30%\.
