## Description

Waltham Forest has appointed a design team to produce a Development Framework for key development sites in Walthamstow\. A detailed urban design strategy is required to understand the inherent challenges and opportunities in the redevelopment of these town centre sites; as well as a comprehensive assessment of site delivery, phasing and viability\.
