The top ranked contractor may be engaged for the majority of the work & lower ranked contractors engaged to fill capacity issues\. • The Framework will be used for repairs & maintenance with mini competitions for planned and programmed maintenance and suchlike for both South Tyneside Homes & South Tyneside Council over the volume of £10,000 • The tender forecast is indicative only & STH & STC give no guarantee that all or any of this work will be offered
