To carry out an assessment of NBBC's 25 Independent Living Units, due to a number of these units experiencing flats and flatlets which have been difficult to let for significant periods\. Assessment to provide a detailed report and costed proposal for each option below\. • Decommission ILU, let as GP block \(Open to public\)\. • Refurbish and/or Remodel the building\. • Demolish and rebuild as residential housing\. • Land sale prices following demolition of building\.
