OPG Bilingual content design service (MLPA)

Description

Bilingual content design service required for Welsh language to provide an equivalent service to the English "modernised Lasting Power of Attorney" (MLPA) service that is being developed at the same time. G-Cloud was considered as the most appropriate procurement vehicle as the work is suited and relevant to digital content design; there are many suppliers and the speed of procurement is better suited to these low value services. Commercial conducted a keyword search on G-Cloud12 with the following words "WCAG 2.1" "content designer" "government" "transform" and found that there were 1 services available, provided by the supplier "Content Design London". The business then asked clarifying questions to ensure that all their expectations were met. Triage have initially approved the budget for the service based on 78 resource days at an estimate cost of £66,000 and this has been subsequently reapproved for £66,300.
