\*\*\*\*\* THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION \*\*\*\*\* This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the Crown Commercial Service RM6126 Research & Insights DPS\. Brief Description of Requirement This contract is required to conduct an independent process, impact, and economic evaluation of Phase 4 of the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme \(PSDS\) in line with previous evaluations conducted for phases 1-3 of the scheme and the requirement to put in place proportionate evaluation for GMPP projects\.
