HRA Primary Wall Maintenance & Remedial Works

Medway Council Housing (HRA) stock have a number of sites consisting of both houses and flats of which have existing brick, rendered or cladded walls. Some of these Primary walls are now exhibiting one or more defects i.e., poor mortar joints, cracked or hollow render etc. In order to improve the aesthetics of these Primary walls a scope of works have been compiled in the form of a pricing schedule which lists the scope of works required (i.e.: - re-pointing, re-rendered and re-cladding) together with quantities.
