Multi Story Car Park Cleaning 23-211-E

Description

Thanet District Council is seeking a suitably experienced supplier to undertake cleaning services at two multi storey car parks located at Mill Lane in Margate and Royal Harbour in Ramsgate. The cleaning requirements consist of:- Part 1 an annual deep clean including stairwells, Part 2 an interim 6 month clean including stairwells and Part 3 - monthly cleaning of stairwells. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon September 2024 for a duration of 4 Years. The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Tender document. Any clarifications or questions must be submitted via the Message area of the Kent Business Portal by no later than 14.00hrs on 14 June 2024. Completed tender documents must be submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 14.00hrs on 21 June 2024.
