## Description

A request for quotation \(RFQ\) was issued by Wokingham Borough Council \(WBC\), who wish to commission a public bus service to operate once a week between Stratfield Saye and Reading \(Stratfield Saye - Beech Hill - Loddon Court Farm - Reading\. This service is being retendered as it has reached the end of its existing contract\. The contract will run for an initial term of 3 years, subject to satisfactory performance\. The contract is expected to commence in January 2021 \(advisory\)\. The term of the contract may be extended for 2 periods of up to 1 year per period; each period subject to satisfactory performance, funding availability and mutual agreement between the parties\. The awarded contract value is £5200 per annum\.
