## Description

The London Borough of Harrow sought proposals for the provision of a Management Development Programme, by means of a below-threshold competitive tender exercise\. The programme is for the top 250 line managers in 3 cohorts\. Cohort 1 is a pilot for up to 80 managers, and Cohorts 2 and 3 will each have 85 managers\. The programme duration for each cohort is 6 months\.
