## Description

The objective of this contract is to provide her Majesty's Courts and Tribunal Service with a strategic partner and prime provider of services defined as "Core" and "Call-Off"\. The Audit and Monitoring \(A\+M\) contract support the performance management of Facilities Management contracts \(https://www\.contractsfinder\.service\.gov\.uk/Search/Results?page=4\#5e26d1d5-fae5-4c36-abc3-9718791f11c0\) The A\+M contractor act on behalf of the customer to ensure that the FM contractors are meeting their obligations\. The A\+M contractor's obligations include: a\) Technical Support b\) Performance Management, Analysis & Reporting \(of the FM Provider's performance\) c\) Monthly Review of the FM Provider's Self-Reporting d\) Business Management & Project Support e\) Asset Verification
