## Description

This project has been commissioned as direct follow-on work to 'Research of Whole Life Carbon Analysis Tools' \(known as Stage1\)\. Its purpose is to elaborate on the draft findings to enable WLC commissioners and analysts to understand the characteristics of the main WLC tools, and their practical implications\. This Work Order is known as Stage 2\.
