## Description

Swindon Borough Council \(the Employer and Contracting Authority\) wishes to submit to tender the requirements for the provision of UPVC Windows & Doors Replacement Programme for 2023-2026 to various properties within the Borough of Swindon\.\\r \\r The initial contract term will be for 2 \[two\] years with an option to extend for a further 1 \[one\] year for a potential total contract term of 3 \[three\] years as stated in the ITT documents\. Estimated contract spend is £6,000,000,000 \[six million pounds\] across the three year contractual term, with £2,000,000,000 \[two million pounds\] budgeted for each of the three years, subject to agreement and satisfactory performance\.\\r \\r Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents\.\\r
