Call off Contract Under Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for a Literacy Support Programme for Prisoners at HMP Hull. The supplier will provide and facilitate a Literacy and reading development programme that shall improve the reading ability of low level and non-readers to allow them to progress and develop by overcoming the barriers that exist because of low-level reading ability.
