Pay and display machinery maintenance

The Council manages multiple on and off-street car parking pay machines, some on behalf of Norfolk County Council and therefore, the Council has an obligation to ensure all are maintained. A contract is required for a provider to inspect and maintain the machines to allow users to pay for their parking.
