The Catering Service at Loughborough Town Hall

Charnwood borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced catering supplier to provide the catering service at the Loughborough Town Hall. Loughborough Town Hall is Charnwood's principal performing arts venue. It comprises a 522 seat -multi-use theatre with retractable-tiered seating enabling the staging of informal events such as exhibitions, dances, balls, sporting events, meetings and seminars, as well as more formal performances of drama, dance, music and comedy. The venue also has a number of function rooms, and the Victoria Room, which is used for meetings and civic functions and as a 150 seat studio/cabaret venue.

Operating externally from the Town Hall venue the approved contractor will provide food to meet the varied programme of events and functions; the contract is for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for two further periods of 12 months.

The last date for request of documents is the 8th February 2017, with tenders to be returned on the 17th February 2017
