## Description

Wokingham Borough Council is inviting tenders for the provision of an Active Travel Officer\. The role will build on the success of the My Journey Wokingham project; a £4\.1m programme funded through the Department for Transport's \(DfT\) Local Sustainable Transport Fund \(LSTF\) between 2012 and 2016\. The appointed person will: • Deliver initiatives, events and activities to promote sustainable travel across Wokingham borough within new and existing residential areas, community groups and workplaces\. • Monitor the success of different initiatives delivered to help shape future programme\. • Deliver initiatives that are inclusive for all Wokingham residents\.
