## Description

This procurement is to establish a framework of contractors to undertake a range of Discovery, design, development and support services for Yorkshire & Humber \(Y&H\) health, local authority and "blue-light" organisations\.The requirements under the Framework consist of: \* Business analysis/Discovery to produce recommendations for change \(organisational, people, process and/or technical\)\. \* Product design, development and testing\. \* Delivery and ongoing support of the Product, or hand-over with knowledge transfer and appropriate documentation to Y&H organisations to support\. These services could be required as part of a full development lifecycle or may form discrete pieces of work \(for example in the case of business analysis/Discovery or design\)\. The services may be required as part of a joint Customer and Contractor team\.
