Worthing Capital Maintenance ECCPM and CM

Description

Provision of an ECC Project Manager and Cost Manager, to support the delivery of the project through the Construction phase. The scheme is to be implemented along a stretch of the Worthing coastline, which has identified many of the timber groynes along Worthing's seafront are nearing the end of residual life, with a large proportion in a 'Poor' or 'Very Poor' condition. This could potentially increase the risk of residential and non-residential properties from coastal flooding in Worthing.
