## Description

Provision of an ECC Project Manager and Cost Manager, to support the delivery of the project through the Construction phase\. The scheme is to be implemented along a stretch of the Worthing coastline, which has identified many of the timber groynes along Worthing's seafront are nearing the end of residual life, with a large proportion in a 'Poor' or 'Very Poor' condition\. This could potentially increase the risk of residential and non-residential properties from coastal flooding in Worthing\.
