## Description

The successful Service Provider\(s\) will be required to attend any address in England and Wales for the collection of debt relating to Parking Penalty Charging Notices\. The majority of debt collection cases will be compliance and enforcement relating to recovery of Parking Penalty Charge Notices Debt, and any such other debts as and when the Council requires\. This contract is a below threshold concession contract\.
