## Description

The University intends to undertake a complete refurbishment of all the internal areas to Devonport House in different phases\. In 2017 University carried out Block C&D and now in 2018 University is planning to refurbish Block A and B\. Works are to provide new furniture \(named subcontractor\) new floor coverings, decorations throughout, strip out all ensuite and provide Altro whiterock to the walls and new WC's, wash hand basins and showers
