## Description

Derbyshire County Council would like to invite suitability qualified contractors to tender for the provision of a Spray Injection Patching framework\. The requirement covers the entire operational areas, of Derbyshire excluding the area of Derby City\. This contract is for a framework of 3 contractors to deliver the contract for Spray Injection Patching \(Pothole Repairs\) for an initial period of two years with the option to extend the contract for a further two years in yearly increments \(2\+1\+1\)\.
