## Description

Newcastle City Council are looking to procure a framework partner to demolish a horseshoe shaped area of housing located in the Pottery Bank, Walker area of Newcastle comprising of 57 homes with a cul-de-sac in the middle\. The contract will include the removal of asbestos, the removal of sub-structure, remove all below ground drains and sewers and seal drain ends\.
