Service contract for a 0-5 Health Visitor Service that will provide the universal mandated health reviews alongside the different levels of service depending on complexities of families in high impact areas \. We expect this to include the delivery of the Family Nurse Partnership to vulnerable young parents Additional information: Invitation to a supplier workshop on 18th May 2016 Oxfordshire County Council is issuing an invitation to attend a local event to understand the future commissioning intentions for Oxfordshire?s 0-5 Health Visiting Service\.
