## Description

14-18 NOW has completed its third and largest season of commissions across the UK, and is embarking on its final evaluation and reporting\. Its priority now is the securing of the most positive legacy for its work and the investment of all its stakeholders\. To contribute to this, 14-18 NOW wishes to commission a think tank to consider and report on the broader impact of 14-18 NOW's work, distilling what can be learnt from the programme in the context of the appointed think tank's areas of interest and expertise\. There are a number of perspectives which can be taken on 14-18 NOW's work\. 14-18 NOW invites each tender to propose the particular field or approach which the think tank considers to most likely to build a positive and useful legacy case\. The report will be used by the think tank and by 14-18 NOW and its stakeholders, advocating the positive and replicable outcomes from 14-18 NOW's work to influence future decision-makers at all levels of government in the UK and abroad\. The contract will begin on January 14 2019, and the report will be available for 14-18 NOW's final conference which will take place in London on April 3 2019\. 14-18 NOW expects to be fully consulted at appropriate stages of the project, including on drafts of the report\. The report should be between 24 and 30 pages, if necessary with supporting annexes\. The brief includes the design of the report\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
