Further Competition under Framework Number 664-21 for the Provision of Council Housing Delivery Options

Appointment of an experienced consultancy to provide specialist advice in public sector housing. With knowledge of finance, legal and tax, housing development and management and operating structures, the consultant will advise the Council on its options for achieving the delivery of a programme of new council owned homes both for general needs occupancy and also to meet the need for more supported housing and temporary accommodation.
