## Description

Charnwood Borough Council \(CBC\) will be accessing Efficiency East Midlands \(EEMs\) framework contract EEM0025 for the provision of printing and distribution\. Charnwood Borough Council has a chargeable garden waste collection which has been in operation since 2004\. The take up of this service has grown over this period and is now provided to around 29,000 properties within the Borough\. CBC now intends to introduce a permit system to assist with the identification of valid subscribers\. This will be via a secure numbered sticker fixed to the waste bin\. This contract will be let to a single Service Provider for the complete fulfilment of this requirement including the design, production and distribution of the permits\.
