## Description

Babcock DSG Limited acting as the Authority's Agent is considering an additional requirement for existing Contract LSBU2/0191 - The Supply of Cougar Spares\. The additional requirement is for the Supply of Cougar Mastiff Steps\. This requirement has arisen from an unforeseen safety case, the Authority requires the exact same parts be used as are already supplied under this contract to ensure compatibility between parts, as well as ensuring the standards required to meet all safety requirements are met\. The current Contract is due to lapse 2nd July 2021\.
