## Description

Home Office CAST \(Centre for Applied Science and Technology\) is part of the Home Office Science group\. CAST has a requirement for two under Bench Laboratory Glassware Washers, as detailed in Appendix B – Statement of Requirements\. • All quotes must include installation and training/demonstration session\. • The supplier must be able to supply consumables as required, including the bottles of alkaline detergent and acid-based neutraliser\. • The supplier must be able to carry out after sales care – including repairs, preventative maintenance and servicing and service visit each year over the three year period\. • Both machines must come with at least a 12 month warranty\. • We will NOT require any IQ/OQ/PQ \(Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification\) testing of the machines\. • All suggested configurations of baskets etc\. would need to be checked and approved by CAST before purchase is agreed\.
