Description

Future Cities Catapult (The Catapult) use SAP Business ByDesign ERP system. The Catapult are seeking an organisation to procure licenses and Technical Support for the SAP Business ByDesign system (1st and 2nd Line Support). The service is to be provided, as minimum, for advice, assistance, fault diagnosis and resolution via telephone, email and web portal.
