## Description

Erewash Borough Council is seeking a competent organisation to manage its Leisure Centres and Services\. The Authority is seeking Applicants to participate in its tender of services through a competitive process\. This procurement falls under the Light Touch Regime \(as set out in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015\)\. The proposed Contract is for an initial period of ten \(10\) years with the option to extend for further incremental periods up to a maximum of five \(5\) years in total\.
