Work description
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust are tendering for the provision of an optimised modern equivalent asset (MEA) valuation.
The Trust wishes to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to complete an optimised MEA valuation of its specialised land and buildings.
