Atherstone Specialised Housing with Care

The Authority was seeking a partner to obtain funding and then design, build and operate a specialised housing with care scheme (including the provision of care and support), suitable for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities and/or sensory impairment at the site of the former The Atherstone Centre, North Street,Atherstone CV9 1JN. The services may be developed and modified during the course of the contract period to meet the changing demands, requirements and needs of the customers and or the Authority.
