The contract is for the analysis and mapping of data, and the publication of a Housing Condition Report (HCR) for the purpose of identifying whether the conditions for a selective licensing designation in respect of the private rented sector, and or an additional licensing scheme for houses in multiple occupation, are demonstrated in Merton.
