Description

Contract Award for Department for Transport Shared Services - Arvato. The current Arvato contract for support of Shared Services expires on 31st May 2023. While options and timescales for service support from the SAP Cluster and the Future or Shared Services Programme are under discussion and review, it is deemed unlikely that any option to support DfT's existing shared service provision, post the end of the current contract, will be ready by that date. To ensure business continuity and service accessibility, this contract is being awarded to the incumbent supplier, Arvato Limited. Additional approvals are subject to Cabinet Office and DfT Approvals, in line with the Cabine Office Spending Controls and DfT's internal governance process.
