Service Trasformation Optimisation and Acceleration of Change and Transformation Service

DWP has embarked on a critical and ambitious transformation programme, acknowledged as a top priority for the Department. The programme will see the Department achieve the principles within the Target Operating Model, achieve significant efficiency savings and deliver a transformed experience for citizens. This needs to be achieved at incredible pace and in an exceptionally challenging environment - balancing unprecedented demand on services, limited available investment and delivery impacts of Covid 19. Supplier will provide three key areas of change acceleration: 1. Benefit driven implementation plans. 2. Build the new change capability team. 3. Architect the channel shift and TOM implications.
