3.1 The outline of the project is for a new multi-purpose vessel to support the marine service operations provided by Ports of Jersey, in the Channel Islands. 3.2 Ports of Jersey are open to offer of new or second-hand vessel to meet our requirements. 3.3 The key requirements are: - 26m - 29m LOA - 9m - 10m beam - Maximum draft 3m - 30T - 40T bollard pull 3.4 Minimum operation capability to include - Anchor handling - Towing - Pushing - Hydrographic survey support - ROV operations - Minimum of 4 cabins, 6 bunks and mess facilities - Welfare facilities including shower
