## Description

Develop capability of FCO's existing cloud analysis platform with the addition of new features\. The platform currently draws on a number of data sources and provides basic analysis functionality\. This contract is to build on this by developing advanced geospatial analysis, custom dashboard-ing and graph database enabled network analysis capabilities\.
