Worsley Mesnes Demolition - Phase 2

Wigan Council are seeking to appoint a Contractor to clear this site in preparation for Keepmoat (Wigan Councils development contractor) to build on the area as part of Wigan Councils wider regeneration masterplan.

The project comprises the demolition of two existing buildings, breaking out existing foundations and disposing off site. Works also include breaking out existing hard standings (car park, pavings and foundations to the former wheel pub), levelling the site upon completion with a soiled and seeded finish. The main building is mixed use consisting of commercial units to the ground floor and vacant residential properties above, whilst the secondary building is a single storey commercial building.
