ITS201608 Support and Development of the Leeds Inspired Website

Leeds Inspired have entered into a contract for development, consultancy and maintenance services to support the ongoing development, monitoring and operation of leedsinspired.co.uk.

• Provision of web server infrastructure support services for the current dedicated web server hosted by our preferred hosting provider. • Provision of Platform and Database Management support services for the current LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) configuration. • 3rd tier Support Services including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and road mapping for all infrastructure and platform services. • Provision of Application Management and Application Development Services for the existing Drupal 7 Content Management System, Custom Integrated Leeds Inspired API and Drupal Bespoke Modules. • Provision of Business Support Services including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and road mapping for all application services.
