## Description

North Lincolnshire Council is significantly investing in its town centre as part of a wider £60m regeneration programme\. This programme is hoped to increase the footfall into the town centre\. As part of the regeneration, North Lincolnshire Council is looking to improve on its existing Christmas Lights display across the town\. We are seeking a partner to provide a proposal for the supply of a new scheme of lighting, to be delivered over a 3-year implementation period\. In order for potential providers to gain an understanding of the requirement and the area in which we are looking to decorate we are holding an information event on Thursday 5th December 3pm - 5pm at 20-21 Visual Arts Centre, Church Square, Scunthorpe, DN15 6TB\. The event will be an opportunity to see the site including the current decorations, gain a full understanding of our requirements, ask any technical question in order to be in a position to tender and engage with the Procurement team to register on to the e-portal system\. We have uploaded an Initial project Overview providing useful information including maps of the area to be considered in the project, a map to indicate where the venue is and available parking \(Appendix 1\) and venue access and directions \(Appendix 2\)
