Sixty Bricks Limited is Waltham Forest Council's housing development local authority trading company. The company is seeking an experienced Agent to lead the design and implementation of a successful marketing and sales service for three housing schemes due for completion between March 2021 and March 2022. The service required currently includes the outright sale of c80 units as well as a further 32 shared ownership units on behalf of the Council. There may be scope for more unit sales which will be defined within the full specification.
