E&B Accountabilities Review

The Project will: - Set clear accountabilities for E&B Directors for agreed 'service clusters' - Understand how we will manage the expectation from government and the public on the span of what E&B is expected to deliver, including climate and nature emergencies - Describe our teams in a similar way e.g., by function, activity, or enabler - Ensure a clear relationship with COO which is understood by the business - Establish a clear interface with Local Operations that is understood by the business
